I've had a problem recently, since the update to 3.2.47.
As soon as I open a ticket or as soon as I update it, it takes longer than usual.
Where could this come from?
In addition, as soon as I click on system, it blocks the entire getsup and it's no longer possible to navigate (requires restarting the VM).

Can you update your application in lastest version and share apache error logs.
